The practice of Yoga Nidra is one of deep relaxation where you hover between wakefulness and sleeping. The practice is done completely lying down while the instructor guides you by voice into a deep, meditative state. This powerful and ancient tradition will assist you in releasing stress and promoting relaxation. A 45 min session can be equivalent to 8 hours of sleep.
Marley will center this particular practice around self care and nurturing yourself.
Participants will be on their backs the entire time and are highly encouraged to bring their own mats, blankets, bolsters and pillows to make the experience more comfortable.
