Erin has been practicing yoga since 2012, and what started as a fitness hobby soon grew into a passion. She received her 200 hour yoga teaching certification at the end of 2014 in her home state of Ohio, where she taught before moving to Baltimore in the spring of 2016. Certified in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, she can accommodate those both newer or more familiar to the practice, and loves to help build a mind-body connection, encourage self love and empowerment, and stoke that inner fire.

Erin graduated in 2020 with a Master of Science in Nutrition and will soon be a licensed Nutritionist. She is also a certified Health Coach and Reiki level 1 practitioner. Her goal, on the mat and off, is to foster a safe space where people can heal and grow.

Outside of yoga, she loves to spend time outdoors hiking or trail running, doing aerial silks, and is fan of all things nerdy. Currently she lives with her fiancé Eddie and their cat, Jackie.
