Laura began practicing yoga in 2005 while living in Shanghai, China. She discovered the amazing benefits for mind, body, and spirit and has been practicing ever since. She completed the 200 and 500 hour teacher training course through Charm City Yoga. She has been teaching yoga in the Baltimore area over the past 12 years. One of her favorite things to do is encourage others to try yoga and begin their own journey. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, exercising with friends, and gardening, She is most happy on the water or at the beach.
