Stephanie began practicing yoga in 1998 as a fun and accessible exercise during pregnancy. Time on the mat has helped her physically rehabilitate from surgeries and broken bones, but beyond the benefits of asana practice she appreciates how she feels after moving, reading, and meditating.
In 2022 she left her 29 year career. She completed RYT 200 through Aluma to share her passion for yoga with others in a safe, calm, and accepting environment.
