This course will introduce students to the Chakra System. Through PowerPoint, lecture, reading, writing, and discussion, students will gain a basic understanding of the chakra system as a whole, vocabulary, central issues, developmental stage, identity, challenge, element, dysfunctions, etc. associated with each chakra.
This workshop is geared toward yoga practitioners seeking CEC through the Yoga Alliance, but all are welcome!
Yoga practitioners earn 1.5 CEC for completing this workshop.
